Director Ki-sung Lee Dedication Ceremony of ‘Seventy-seven years of age Commemorative Column Collection Book’
A pioneer in textbook publishing in Korea, the eldest son of Book Publishing Chairman Jang Wang-sa Dae-yi Lee (1919~2018), the eldest son of Shingu University, Kaywon University of the Arts, Global Cyber University, Dongguk University Graduate School of Media and Information, Publishing Department, Printing Department, and Design Department of Korea Cyber Publishing University, etc. Professor Ki-sung Lee, who lectured, opened the eBook Academy(Korea Electronic Publishing Education Center) after retiring in 2011.
Director Lee Ki-sung, who has been leading the development of the domestic publishing industry, has been commended by the Minister of Posts and Communications, the Prime Minister's Citation, the Korea Printing and Culture Association Special Award, the Korea Publishing Academic Award, the Korean Publishing Society Award (writing/research field), and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology Citation and two awards. Received the Presidential Citation two times, and was also awarded the Grand Prize of the Korean Publication Culture.
Director Lee Ki-sung, who is turning 77 (Hee-su) this year, has his students published a collection of 77 columns from among the columns that Director Lee has announced so far. In order to hold a ceremony for the dedication of the ‘Hee-soo Commemorative column collection Book’ on Teacher’s Day on May 15th, students pick out 77 from the 500 columns.

Celebrating its 11th anniversary, the eBook Academy(Korea Electronic Publishing Education Institute) aims to succeed and develop our own culture by properly educating young people about our history to awaken the excellence and identity of our culture, and to develop e-book content design and CAP(e-publishing) theory. By teaching practical training, we are nurturing professional talents essential for the publishing industry.
The curriculum consists of publication subjects such as 'Thursday Publishing Special Lecture', 'Electronic Publishing Startup Special Lecture', 'Korean Publication History', 'Hangeul Font Design', 'Korean Communication Publication', and 'CAP(Electronic Publishing)' for students and the general public.
